There are many symptoms you can experience when you start the transition in to the wise goddess phase. 🤔 Some of you may experience many and others are lucky enough to just breeze through this stage. What is really important is that no matter how severe your symptoms are, it's not a taboo subject and should be talked about and shared with other women. 👩👩👧
Recent research suggests that childhood trauma and maltreatment can have an effect on the severity of your symptoms. The research also suggests that recent trauma and domestic violence also has an effect on how you transition through menopause. So the take home message from this is to resolve your trauma, not only will you feel better mentally but physically too. Dis-ease will be resolved and the body will return to a state of homeostasis......and you can start living as the wild wise goddess you were meant to. 💜
