Superconsciousness, we're all about embracing the joy of creation for creation's sake. We delve into the depths of the superconscious, that divine higher self residing within each of us. It's our intuition, our beacon of pure love and unconditional acceptance. Here, we align our creations with our human selves, our soul's contracts, and the transformative journeys we embark upon. It's about transmuting whatever challenges come our way with grace and authenticity.
Now, let's talk about the ego. It's that pesky problem seeker, the self-conscious part of us that aims to keep us grounded and safe. The ego sprouts from the womb wound and the beliefs we adopt along the way. It collaborates with the unconscious to ensure our survival. But when it feels off-center, it starts its problem-seeking mission. "What's wrong here? How do I fix it?" The ego's default mode? Blaming us for everything, because that's what we learned when the wound first struck. It's all about attachment and authenticity. The ego simply operates on what it knows best — that we're the problem. So, it's always on the lookout for faults, urging us to believe we deserve punishment.
Now, onto the unconscious — our body's SOS system. It identifies problems and races to solve them. The unconscious is the ultimate problem solver, armed with a vast reservoir of survival tactics absorbed without discrimination. Most of our actions stem from the unconscious, operating at a whopping 95%, while conscious processing barely scrapes 5%. But here's the kicker: the unconscious isn't picky; it draws from past stories, often unresolved traumas, to address current dilemmas.
Enter the subconscious — the filter through which all consciousness levels flow. It's the tunnel directing our choices and actions into the world, shaping our experiences and expressions. Essentially, the subconscious reflects which level of consciousness takes the stage.
So, why bother with all these levels of consciousness? Simple — we can't let the unconscious hijack the show, replaying old scripts and beliefs we inherited but don't truly resonate with. Childhood beliefs aren't necessarily our own; they're often generational baggage. Who wants to navigate adult situations through the lens of a seven-year-old? Certainly not us!
By staying consciously aware, we prevent the ego and unconscious from leading us astray. Instead, we empower the superconscious to steer the ship, for it knows our destination and charts the course ahead with clarity and purpose.
